The Kip Leather system features the patent-pending Ideal Fit system, with contoured index finger channels which combines the flexibility and comfort of an open back glove with the feel and control of a closed back glove. The Pro Fit cowhide lining is soft for comfort but strong enough for the rigors of professional level play. Each glove is designed with lacing that is tested to a tensile strength of 100 pounds. Some styles are fitted with the 2x2 lacing system that gives twice as much strength in the key area of the web, preventing blow outs and the need for re-lacing.
